Our prices are excluding Danish VAT and we do not charge VAT or other fees.
We offer payment with Visa, Mastercard and American Express through Stripe. Read more under Payment options.
We can never deduct an amount greater than what you have ordered yourself. Payment is secure and encrypted across Stripe’s payment solution.
Attention: We do not offer any return rights to B2B (Business to Business) customers.
At combina-eyewear.com you as a private customer have 14 days full return on all your purchases. Should you regret the purchase, any item can be returned within 14 days from the date you received the item. Then you have 14 days to return the item. If you cancel your purchase, return the item in the same condition and quantity as when you received it, and attach a copy of the invoice. You must also contact us within 14 days of receiving the item so we are aware that you will be using the return policy. Always make sure to get a confirmation from us and save it. If the item has been used or the original packaging is not intact, we will by law calculate how much the item is worth and deposit the remaining amount into your account. You are only allowed to try the product as you would try it in a shop. If the product smells of smoke, has animal hair on it, has stains or anything else that makes the item not classed as new you will not be able to get a full refund or no refund at all. You will receive what the item is worth in the condition we receive it in.
The amount is deposited directly into the card you paid for the order with.
You have to pay the freight for goods returned. In order for you as a customer to document that the item has been returned in a timely manner, you must receive a receipt for shipment. At the same time, the item is your responsibility during the transport and an calculation of product value will be made if the item is broken or unsellable when we receive the package. So be sure to wrap the item securely. We do not recommend sending goods back by letter as the goods are not insured if they should disappear or break during transport. So always send goods back as package and get a receipt for delivery. Then you have proof of dispatch.
If you purchased multiple items in one order and only return some products from the order, we will not refund the shipping costs. In this case, you will only receive the amount of the returned item and not the shipping.
Packages sent by COD will not be received and will be sent back to you as the sender.

For exchanges, the same rules apply as for the 14 days return policy.
If you wish to exchange an item you must return the original item and we will refund the full amount if the product is in perfect condition as the return policy describes.
You must purchase a new item in the webshop as you purchased the first item.
DEFECTIVE & WRONG PRODUCTS RECEIVED
If you experience receiving the wrong item, simply return the item to us and we will ship a new item to you free of charge if we have the item in stock. If the item is sold out, we will refund the full amount to you unless you want another item. In the case of defective goods, the return shipping is of course also free of charge for you. Contact us immediately by writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have received a defective item or incorrect item we will assist you in how you make an return to us. Remember to send the goods as you received them. Including everything that was in the package.
It may happen that products is defective. In this situation, it is important that you contact us. We will, of course, assist you in remedying the complaint. As a consumer, you have 2 years of warranty. It is important that you contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the error / defect. Depending on the extent of the defect, you will either get the item repaired, exchanged or money returned.
In order for us to approve a complaint, it is of course a condition that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not occurred because you have used the product incorrectly or caused by other harmful behavior. It is important to be aware that mica, beads, embroidery or other decoration should be treated with care.
What is reasonable time? Advertise within 14 days after discovering the defect, the complaint is considered timely. An approved complaint also means that we reimburse reasonable shipping costs. Reasonable cost is our absolute cheapest shipping costs.
Always contact us before shipping. We may be able to find a solution based on an image which means that you do not have to send the item to us.
When we announce delivery times, these are expected delivery times that we have been informed by the freight forwarders. Combina Eyewear cannot be held responsible for packages exceeding these expected times. In busy times, it must be expected that extra delivery time may occur.
If the freight forwarder does not find anyone at the recipient’s address, they deliver the parcel to a pick-up location or to a depot. As a recipient, you will be notified. It is then the recipient’s duty to contact the freight forwarder regarding a delivery or pick up of the parcel. After about 10 business days (depending on freight forwarder) they return the package to us. Therefore, we recommend to pick up the package or contact the freight forwarder as soon as possible.

You basically have min. 10 days to pick up your package. However, this depends on the freight forwarder chosen. Please read the terms on the freight forwarders website for that information.
If you do not pick up your parcel within the freight forwarder’s pickup deadline, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, you will not get the delivery costs back as we have already paid the freight forwarder for the delivery of your package. Therefore, we always recommend to pickup the package as soon as possible if it is in a pickup location. In addition, it is your duty as a customer to check the deadline for pick-up from the chosen freight forwarder and to comply with it.

If you wish to cancel the order we will transfer the purchase price for the goods, but not for the freight if the package has already been shipped. We will refund the purchase amount to your bank account or to the debit card used in the purchase.
You will receive an email from us if we receive your parcel.
Please note that uncollected packages are not covered by the cancellation right!
SUBMISSION OF ORDERS
When you place an order on combina-eyewear.com it is not a legally binding agreement. Combina-eyewear can cancel the order at any time. Technical problems, delivery problems, stock status errors and similar situations can affect the process. The agreement between you as a customer and us as a seller is only binding once we have notified you that your order has been shipped.
Combina-eyewear.com can not be held responsible for any tax changes, price and text errors, technical errors, sold-out goods and force majeure, including labor conflict and lack of or delay in deliveries from subcontractors.
In addition, Combina Eyewear can not be held responsible for deviations in color. on the displayed product images.
Brightness, color settings and screen selection can also affect displaying the image correctly.
All material on the website including text, graphics and logos belong to Combina Eyewear.
It is not allowed to copy, download, distribute, publish or otherwise reproduce material without prior agreement with us.
Breach of this can lead to a lawsuit according to national and international laws.
